This place is conveniently close to bars and restaurants, easily accessible through a boat dock, and there are exquisite amenities within walking distance.

We totally recommend as we really enjoyed waterfront hoi an resort. The free Wi Fi was comfortable for working. Good choice for a city break in Hoi An! Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport...

I recently stayed at a hotel that offers great value for money. Compared to the place next door, which is three times the price, this hotel is a steal. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The staff at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and speak English well. They made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a refreshing pool in the center, which provides a sheltered oasis from the hot sun. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view of the river from my room's lovely little balcony. And the breakfast served on the terrace just next to the river was absolutely delicious, especially the crunchy French bread.

The location was a bit far from the town center, about a 20-minute walk, but they provided bikes to use. The shower didn't stay hot for very long, which made it difficult to take long showers.

The hotel has a great location next to a river, providing a lovely view. it's not too far from the city center, allowing guests to easily explore the area. the rooms are modern and clean with spacious bathrooms, featuring large showers and good water pressure. the staff are attentive and helpful, and the breakfast options are basic but nice, including fresh fruit, warm baguettes, and made-to-order eggs. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or go for a bike ride with the bikes provided.

The towels provided in the hotel could be improved with larger sizes, as mentioned by some previous guests.

The location by the river was great and the free bikes were a big plus. We enjoyed cycling to the old town and exploring nearby areas. the breakfast on the terrace was quite nice with a variety of dishes and a peaceful ambiance.

the rooms were not soundproof at all, which made it hard to sleep especially during the festive season when there were more guests around.
